After a quick round of questions, Mark from Community Locksmith Store told me that I shouldn’t opt for one. I had a tendency of losing keys which is why I wanted it in the first place. But Mark figured that I’d be putting my home’s security at risk if I end up losing the master key. I was only giving him business, and he could have easily gone ahead with the request, but he didn’t! I’m stunned beyond words! We all need an honest locksmith like Mark in our lives. Btw, as a solution to my problems, Mark did suggest I get a number-pad lock. One of the biggest drawbacks of hiring locksmiths is the never-ending wait time – and I hated it. I look up online tutorials to fix or install locks and avoid hiring them altogether. But when I lost my extra key and needed another copy, I was left with no choice. The hardware stores nearby didn’t know how to cut the key – it belonged to a high security lock. A local store recommended that I call Community Locksmith Store and so I did. Unbelievably, a technician was sent to my location in less than fifteen minutes. Dan was talented, and he really knew his stuff. He had all this high-end machinery in his van and he managed to make the key in less than 10 minutes. Worth it! And I’ve finally found a locksmith in Broomfield, CO that I would be comfortable hiring any time. Thanks guys!

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Community Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! David quoted me a reasonable standard price and was there promptly. He opened the door in no more than 3 minutes with no damage to the lock, and as a courtesy replaced both my cylinder and previously bent lower lock plate. He even gave me knew knob. All in less than 15 minutes. Mad skills and unheard of service level. Believe the hype!
