I had enquired with other locksmiths in Gary for rekeying service but they weren’t familiar with the lock I had. When I sent pictures of the lock to Security Locksmith Services, they instantly knew what make it was and told me they had the parts needed for the job. Kobe was super quick, efficient, and the service was excellent! Charges were reasonable and seemed lower than most. Highly recommend!

Incredible work!!! If you need a locksmith in Gary, trust me, Security Locksmith Services is your best bet. I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. They sent Eric, a friendly and extremely talented technician who rekeyed the Schlage lockset in less than 10 minutes. If he can do this, he can do just about anything. Excellent service! Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Security Locksmith Services folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Security Locksmith Services !!!

Security Locksmith Services were so great with my finicky front door lock. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. Cost was very reasonable. I highly, highly recommend them!

Security Locksmith Services did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Security Locksmith Services !
