From what I read on their website https://www.Essex.Liberty-Locksmith-Store.com, they offered a 24-hour service in Essex, MD. Well, that’s what most firms say, but when it comes to delivering it, they fail miserably. Anyway, I decided to give Liberty Locksmith Store a try and I must say I’m very impressed. My call was answered in seconds and within ten minutes a van had pulled up outside my home. All I needed was a fix on my troublesome lock and it took Jack barely a few minutes to get the job done. The bill carried no extra charge, even though I’d called them up at 11 pm. I laud their dedication! Great job guys! Thumbs up!

Created an account just to review Liberty Locksmith Store - could not be happier with the service. John was not only fast, efficient, knowledgable, but especially kind. I have no idea why anyone in Essex, MD would go anywhere else!

With one call, I had someone at my door in under 35 minutes, even though our issue was not an emergency. He was friendly, expedient and I never once felt uncomfortable having him in my home. Our locks work better than ever and I never once felt like he was trying to sell me into something I didn't need. We had a good conversation about the problem we were having, what went wrong with the mechanism and how to prevent it from happening again. I highly recommend them!
