I guess I should’ve known better than tele-shop for a lock. Swayed by the flashy advert shown on the TV, I instantly ordered the new-age smart lock. Well, a week later, the ‘new-age smart lock’ I’d spent hundreds of bucks on locked me out of my own property. I thoroughly regretted my decision. It was obviously a fake, a view that was seconded by David from Lock Safe Services. He gave me a good price on the authentic version of the lock and it’s been working without a hitch for a few months now.

Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy.
It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Sanford , FL , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called <Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.)
He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time.
I will never call another locksmith, ONLY TO: Lock Safe Services.

Called Lock Safe Services to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed.
If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless.
They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously?

I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent.
They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.
