I needed my locks replaced (turns out my neighbor had the same very same locks--imagine that!) but I have a crazy busy schedule and Techi was willing to come over late in the evening to accommodate my needs. He gave me all the possible options but didn't push for higher priced items and even said that some of the higher options weren't better options. He even helped out when my sensitive smoke alarms started going off because of my cooking dinner, lol. Tech flexibility, honesty, and kindness earn him five stars. I don’t think there’s anyone else in Vienna, VA that offer such a reasonable pricing scheme. There’s no hidden fees, no surcharges for services availed after hours, no convenience fee. You can even request for a flat rate by calling them on 703-574-6795 and based on the information you provide, these guys will be happy to help you out.
Have had a couple of bad experiences with other technicians in the past! Now that I’ve found Lock & Locksmith Tech, I don’t think I’ll ever have to worry about that again! Truly the best in! Keep up the good work guys!!!!

I got locked out and called Lock & Locksmith Tech tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Vienna, VA. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person.
Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point.
Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm.
Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

I just moved to a new place and I noticed that previous tenant had been coming back to get his mail. So I figured why not change the mailbox lock and also get the locks to my door re-keyed. The mailbox lock was easy to swap out by myself. But for the re-keying I needed a pro. I checked Online and the only one I found around me with reputable ratings was Lock & Locksmith Tech. They're based in Vienna, VA.
I called in the morning while waiting for cable guy (who was late as expected) and sure enough they had availability for late afternoon and gave me a fixed price for the job. Dave said he could be there around 5:30 or 6. Fine by me. I get a call from Dave at 4:30 saying he can make it even earlier. Great!!! He shows up at 4:45. The work was quick despite problems with my fancy Omnia locks. He gets the job done and I'm good to go. He even grinded the deadbolt hole to make the lock easier to turn. Great service and I'll be sure to contact them anytime for any locksmith services.

I didn’t know why they were so highly-recommended and decided to test it out for myself! And so, during a weekend I called them up to install a lock on my mailbox. After a few letters went missing last week, I needed an easy-to-operate yet secure lock on my mailbox. It was a small request, however, the priority that these guys from Lock & Locksmith Tech imparted to it was phenomenal. Ron arrived at my place within ten minutes and after gaining a bit more insight on what I needed, he had the lock installed in no time.
Several reviews about Lock & Locksmith Tech have already mentioned about how great the pricing is, yet, I simply must mention it again. It cost me a pittance and there was no way any other locksmith could have gotten there so quickly for such a trivial job. Big or small, there’s nothing these guys can’t solve. Highly recommended , especially if you’re someone who’s prone to losing keys or getting locked out.
