The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Advanced Locksmith Service to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. I can't recommend this Advanced Locksmith Service enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

I think the guy I had was Dave from Advanced Locksmith Service he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job. Is it weird I almost want to get locked out again so I can call Lockbusters? Yeah, my experience was that great. After coming home at 2am beers may or may not have been involved, I soon realized that a lock on my door that I didn't have a key for had decided it didn't like being taped down, and chose to unlock itself at that very inopportune moment. I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with Advanced Locksmith Service I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time.
