This company is a joke!!!! You will lose your money and everything else that you are fighting for. They are scam artist. I have filed complaints with the New York State bar and the BBB. I have yet to see a positive review about these crooks. I can't believe they are still in business!!!

Yeah, I just spent $1800 on this crap of a company to file bankruptcy and they didn't even file it for me because my lawyer resigned from the company and I asked for a refund and they said I would owe them $2200, I looked at the invoice and they charged me 12.50 everytime I sent them an email and left a voicemail which I did daily because they would never call me back! Biggest scam artists who look for people that financial can't do anything about it!

BS this firm contacted myself and stated that they could and would get a Home Modification Loan from Wells Fargo? They received $10.700 dollars from us and no results. Now Wells Fargo’s Foreclosing on our Home. The last correspondence I received from Volksanwalt was they owe us nothing.

This company is a complete scam. They do not treat their clients with any respect. They will be in contact with you immediately and promise all types of help and as soon as they have your money, they will stop contacting you, will not return emails or phone calls. They are not professional at all. Do not waste your time or money trusting that they will work hard for you.
