Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Expert Locksmith Shop after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Munster, IN --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.

Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Munster, IN. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. He was very knowledgeable, giving us an overview on what the existing lock was like, etc. He even recommended a cheaper service that what I initially called him for after looking at our lock. Service was very quick, and he left everything clean and tidied up. Didn't rush us through or seem hurried, chatted with us throughout the entire install, even recommending a couple of great pizza spots in our neighborhood. These Expert Locksmith Shop really are the best. Online not lying. Came exactly on time, cut off my Kryptonite bike lock pretty quickly once we found a power source for the electric drill/saw. Cleaned up everything and even offered to give my neighbor a coupon for services after she let us use her electric outlet mine was too far from the bike. SO NICE & GENUINE.
