After I read about a break-in at a house barely three blocks away, I was shaken. It could just as easily have been my home! They were right on time and carried out the assessment in an organized manner. They’d identified plenty of weak spots, and Dave took the time to explain it all to me and advised me on what needs to be done. Without any second thought, I gave them the go-ahead! Two new locks, three fixed doors and a state-of-the-art security system later, I now feel completely secure. Thank you for doing an excellent job at an excellent price. Don't pay any attention to any of these reviews. They are all glowing, and none of them quite captures just how amazing the service was from this locksmith. Ben is the f'ing man. I live in East Hartford, CT , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work.
