The locks were damaged to a point where they didn’t work anymore. Clearly, the attempt at a break-in had failed and I was glad the locks had held up. But now I needed new ones, for I knew they could not withstand a second attempt. Nearly all the locksmiths I knew were unavailable at 10 pm. This is proof that you shouldn't call any service provider without checking Online first. Saw the reviews on Central Locksmith Store and prayed they would service in Palisades Park, NJ. My Medico lock became misaligned and we knocked it clear off when we slammed the door. Called Central Locksmith Store. They are, courteous, professional and honest (yes, I said HONEST) and did't take advantage of someone because they were in a vulnerable position. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Exceptional! Excellent customer service, extremely prompt, responsive, punctual, professional, skilled, reasonably priced, and friendly. Can you ask for anything more? We had an older lock break on an outside door. I called Central Locksmith Store , and after sending a photo and specifics about the lock, they sent someone in less than 30 minutes.
