Elite Locksmith Services is the BEST, hands down. The technician they sent was super knowledgeable, friendly, fast and thorough with his job. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong key for my car online believing that I had received a great deal. Jack politely explained what went wrong and why it wouldn’t work. He then told me he’ll get what I wanted and the price quoted was the best I could find anywhere. He got the key made quickly and it worked amazingly. If I ever need this sort of work done in Jackson Heights, NY 11372, I will definitely come back to Elite Locksmith Services. Deserves FIVE STARs!

Great Locksmith Company. These guys were prompt, made a good temporary fix while we waited for an obscure part to come in, and then finished the job... With confidence-inspiring skill and service. And I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. Trust these folks... One call gets it done.

I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Elite Locksmith Services. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Elite Locksmith Services I talked to a person in Jackson Heights, NY right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Elite Locksmith Services has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My situation was a sticky one and let's just say that John was incredibly professional, reliable, empathic, and 100% solid! Fantastic experience with Elite Locksmith Services. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

Jerry of Elite Locksmith Services came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500!
