Despite John from Anchor Locksmith Store insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I?
