Hired Community Locksmith Store last weekend and I’m floored by their service and professionalism. I needed an extra set of keys for the lock but couldn’t meet them until 6 30 pm, which seemed to be no problem for them. Showed up right on time and made keys out of his mobile workshop. Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online. Community Locksmith Store came out at the top of my list, so I called and spoke to possibly the most pleasant professional ever. Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone.
