It might be doing an injustice to them if I fail to let me people know just how awesome they are! So, I hired State Locksmith Services to get a spare key made. The one I had snapped in halves, which was obvious since I got it made from a cheap hardware store. Though a small requirement, these guys provided it high priority and arrived on location within minutes. After that, all it took them was ten minutes to make the key using the tools they had in their vans. Completely impressed! The charges weren’t sky-high as I had expected them to be and were in fact, very low. From the next time, I’m always going to hire someone from State Locksmith Services. WOW! I don't know what else to say. I called State Locksmith Services on Wednesday and he gave me a great breakdown of what I was looking for, which is was a deadbolt installation. He was very informative and helpful. I called him again on Friday to set up a time and he made time in his schedule for a Saturday installation, in less than 24 hrs! The install was fast and he was super friendly and professional. Dave is quite personable and I really enjoyed having such a nice person to coordinate with. If you need a lock install, you can't do better. I honestly would say that working with State Locksmith Services has been my most pleasant interaction with a service company in Kansas City , MO EVER.

I’d just evicted a tenant and needed the lock changed. When I called them up on 816-227-1018 and asked them to help me install a new lock I’d purchased from the nearby hardware shop, little did I expect them to get there so fast. I think the technician arrived in about ten minutes! Wow, that was super quick! Anyway, once I showed him the lock I needed installed, Eric from State Locksmith Services told me that it wasn’t a great one and the existing one would do a better job at securing my property. I couldn’t believe it! I’d just paid $100 for it, and Eric dismissed it as something completely useless. That’s when he explained how a DIY rekeyable lock wasn’t great for security. If you could do it, anyone could do it – that’s what he said! He had a point! I planned on returning the lock. Eric suggested that I rekey the existing the lock, which I did! Thanks to Eric and his entire team at State Locksmith Services for helping me out! You guys surely are the best in Kansas City , MO!! Would I recommend them? YES!

Ok, State Locksmith Services is awesome! First, Gary arrived when he said he would. Second, he went out of his way to know exactly what I wanted. The last time I hired a locksmith, he didn’t even ask me what lock I needed, and installed an expensive one that was pretty useless, as was evident from its deteriorating performance. Fortunately, Gary knew exactly how to fix it and made sure everything worked fine before handing out the bill. Very affordable for such phenomenal services!!!
