I needed a transponder key made. The one that I had I’d lost it somewhere and had been using public transportation to commute to work ever since. City Locksmith Services could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes. I really appreciated the efficiency and ease of completing this job, especially since I had to have it done because my keys had been stolen. These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. Just had Arthur help out tonight with my apartment in Mt Prospect , IL. Called up and a nice girl answered the phone, was told an ETA. Arthur showed up really professional and nice. Created an account just to review City Locksmith Services - could not be happier with the service. John was not only fast, efficient, knowledgable, but especially kind. I have no idea why anyone in Mt Prospect , IL would go anywhere else!

First, I live in the Mt Prospect , IL and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called City Locksmith Services and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call City Locksmith Services to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

Last Saturday I had a appointment with City Locksmith Services to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly.
