Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! I wasn’t too keen on it but my fiancé insisted on getting the locks changed to ‘fit’ into the style of the recently revamped house. I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside.
