Here’s a lesson or two other locksmiths could learn from Baldwin Locksmith Store. First, you never make a customer wait, especially not in an emergency! It took Carl from Baldwin Locksmith Store just about ten minutes to get to my location. Awesome, right? Second, you shouldn’t overcharge them! We’re not stupid! We know that the service you’ve just provided isn’t worth even half of what you’ve just charged, yet, the attempt to rip us off always prevails. Thankfully, with Baldwin Locksmith Store I didn’t have to face all that! No hidden fees, no lame extra charges, nothing! Just an upfront flat rate! How great is that?

I never really cared much for quality- and I soon realized how dearly it might cost me. I got a spare key made at a local hardware shop and handed it to the babysitter. A few days later, she called up saying that the keys I’d handed out to her had snapped in the lock and she couldn’t get into the home. My son was alone at home and without further ado, I rushed home. She had tried getting the broken pieces out herself but had only managed to push them in further. Frustrated, I went online looking for a locksmith that could help me out and found Baldwin Locksmith Store at http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. Within 20 minutes, I had a new set of keys, my lock was restored to its former condition and I had a locksmith lecturing about why quality was extremely important. Baldwin Locksmith Store has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently.
Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

When calling a locksmith for rescue is as commonplace as ordering a cup of coffee, the realization does not take long: this city is crawling with locksmiths who prey on the desperation inherent to being locked out. Take it from me- keyless at 2am on the street corner in freezing cold weather is tough ground for bargaining. Mike at Baldwin Locksmith Store gets it. When regaling him with horror stories of my locksmiths past, he shook his head and said "that just ain't right". He seemed like a genuine guy who actually cares about fixing the problem and keeping people safe without taking advantage of the dire situation. I found Baldwin Locksmith Store after moving into a new place and struggling with the stickiest, moodiest lock that oftentimes refused to let me in at all. Mike accessed the situation quickly, actually explained to me what the problem was, and fixed the lock perfectly without shrinking my piggy bank!
I don't usually write reviews online, but I was moved to do so because I know all too well that a good locksmith is hard to find in Flushing, NY. Mike can handle even the most persnickety of locks, but more importantly he operates an ethical business and offers reasonable flat rates and prompt arrival time.
