Besides the convenience, they also give you the complete freedom to choose your own time of appointment. I fixed mine at 11 pm. I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. Scott set up an appointment for a few days later, called the day of to let me know how his schedule was going, showed up early with warning, and did an all around awesome job. So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call Lock & Key Shop to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offerred to write the receipt to include the first repair of our dead bolt which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns. Anyway, this Lock & Key Shop is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars on this site, but he totally deserves it.
