I needed spare keys and I sought out the cheapest option – the local hardware store. They seemed to work fine at first, but 3 months down the line, one of the keys broke in the lock. It came as quite a shocker! The pieces were firmly lodged inside the lock, no other spare would work on it and I was locked out of my own apartment. Thankfully, Logan Locksmith Shop came to my rescue. The broken key pieces were extracted, the lock fixed and I had a new set of keys made. When calling a locksmith for rescue is as commonplace as ordering a cup of coffee, the realization does not take long: this city is crawling with locksmiths who prey on the desperation inherent to being locked out. Take it from me- keyless at 2am on the street corner in freezing cold weather is tough ground for bargaining. Mike at Logan Locksmith Shop gets it. When regaling him with horror stories of my locksmiths past, he shook his head and said "that just ain't right". He seemed like a genuine guy who actually cares about fixing the problem and keeping people safe without taking advantage of the dire situation. After going through a whole bunch of positive comments about these guys, I really was skeptical – c’mon, no one is that good! But after a thorough look at their website http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com, I finally decided to give them a try. What’s the worst that could happen? And it was only when I called them in did I realize how incredible these guys really were! I needed new locks. Gary from Logan Locksmith Shop patiently listened in on my requirement and suggested options I should go with. Within half an hour, my home was fitted with brand new locks and I even got a huge discount upon redeeming a coupon I found on their website. Absolutely amazing! I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Logan Locksmith Shop and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Logan Locksmith Shop ! :) :) :)

I initially was expecting him to install a Medco lock with a new deadbolt but when he arrived he decided that all that was needed was some adjustments and he only charged us for service. He could have tricked my mom but he was honest and reliable. He actually arrived early. EARLY?!? How great is that? Dave, you are the man!!! Thank You. I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Logan Locksmith Shop. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.
