Their rep assured me of receiving assistance within 15 minutes. The technician got there in 20 minutes, and managed to make the key in no time. He even made another key free of cost and apologized for the five minute delay. I’m completely blown over by their service! Thanks for helping me out in the nick of time! I owe you! Ten on ten.. I can’t recommend them enough!

Advantage Locksmith Store could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes. I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Advantage Locksmith Store. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Advantage Locksmith Store I talked to a person in Bloomfield, CT right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Advantage Locksmith Store has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

First, I live in the Bloomfield, CT and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Advantage Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Advantage Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!
