After a series of unpleasant experiences with locksmiths, I wasn’t too keen on hiring them, but I simply had no choice – the lock on my front door was completely ruined after a failed break-in attempt. I figured it would give in on another attempt. I reluctantly decided to call a locksmith and found a good one at https://www.Chandler.Lock-Locksmith-Services.com. I never hired them before and decided to give it a shot. There were some good reviews for them, and I believed that so many people can’t be wrong collectively. Sure enough, Lock & Locksmith Services was great – and this is coming from a person who is very nitpicky. They were on time, had a vast collection of locks, and offered me a great price on the best ones. It was the first time I’d ever had a good experience with any locksmith in Chandler, AZ. Will definitely hire them again!

Lock & Locksmith Services was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend Lock & Locksmith Services and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services.

I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Lock & Locksmith Services. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. During my first 4 months of living in Chandler, AZ , I found myself locked out of my railroad apartment more times than not. When calling a locksmith for rescue is as commonplace as ordering a cup of coffee, the realization does not take long: this city is crawling with locksmiths who prey on the desperation inherent to being locked out. Take it from me- keyless at 2am on the street corner in freezing cold weather is tough ground for bargaining. Mike at Lock & Locksmith Services gets it. When regaling him with horror stories of my locksmiths past, he shook his head and said "that just ain't right". He seemed like a genuine guy who actually cares about fixing the problem and keeping people safe without taking advantage of the dire situation. I found Lock & Locksmith Services after moving into a new place and struggling with the stickiest, moodiest lock that oftentimes refused to let me in at all. Mike accessed the situation quickly, actually explained to me what the problem was, and fixed the lock perfectly without shrinking my piggy bank! I don't usually write reviews online, but I was moved to do so because I know all too well that a good locksmith is hard to find in Chandler, AZ. I was being paranoid perhaps, but when the house next to mine got burgled, I simply needed validation from an expert to know that my house won’t be the next target. After asking around, a colleague shared the link to https://www.Chandler.Lock-Locksmith-Services.com - a firm that provided free security consultations. I wasn’t going to say no to anything free now, was I? I hired them, and a team from Lock & Locksmith Services arrived quickly. Once they inspected every nook and corner of my property, they gave me a complete insight of where the security of my property stood. The door needed repairs and the lock on the front door was apparently too outdated. I was impressed by how thorough they were with their job and asked them to go ahead with the repairs/installation. The consultation cost me nothing, while the security upgrade work came at a nominal price. I’ve got no reason to complain at all. They’re simply flawless and beyond doubt, the best in Chandler, AZ 85226. I’ll definitely hire them again! FIVE STARS!!!

Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job all around (considering that my lock had been crazily installed previously, resulting in the lock actually poking out of the door, and actually having broken my key IN the lock) Too bad this is one of those businesses that you'd hope to never use again! (but if I were ever drunkenly locked out I'd definitely call Lock & Locksmith Services )
