I literally have nothing bad to say about these Atlantic Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Kaysville , UT and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Atlantic Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Atlantic Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! First, I live in the Kaysville , UT and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Atlantic Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Atlantic Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

I recently contacted Atlantic Locksmith Store about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. I'm very happy with the work Atlantic Locksmith Store performed and they are completely deserving of a 5 Star rating!

Caught an advert recently on TV for a voice-activated lock and ordered it right away. I had a thing for all things tech and I just couldn’t miss out on this one! It worked fine for a week but after that, there was a considerable drop in the performance, and the troubles kept mounting up day after day. I decided to call someone to take a look at the nearly useless $200 lock. After Jones from Atlantic Locksmith Store took a look, he confirmed my worst fear. The lock was of the worst quality and had I waited a little longer, I’d have either been locked out of my own home or would have returned to a burgled home. Jones was strictly against products advertized on telly. According to him, they are either fake or overpriced. Well, my two-hundred bucks were gone! Wish I’d received that piece of info earlier. Nevertheless, Jones got a new lock installed, a far better one at a modest price! From now on, I’m only relying on his advice for all things related to locks.
