The property was changing hands the following morning, and I’d completely forgotten about rekeying the locks. Hired Atlantic Locksmith Store after being completely impressed by what I saw on their website https://www.Manchester.Atlantic-Locksmith-Store.com. They claimed to provide 24-hour service and I could only hope that they lived up to all their claims. I was not disappointed. Despite the short notice, they arrived onsite within 20 minutes with all the parts and tools needed. 2 hours later, they got the job done and the new keys made. Completely bowled away by their service!!! Do I recommend them? Yes, if you live in Manchester, give them a try – you won’t regret it!!!

I dreaded finding a locksmith to install a deadbolt on my new apartment until I found Atlantic Locksmith Store online yesterday afternoon, with glowing Online reviews and a modern web presence. He completely lived up to his positive reputation, and I will recommend him to everyone I know, and keep his number in my cell phone in case I'm ever locked out at 4am. Mike was available to come to Manchester, CT within hours of my call, and promptly e-mailed me a Paypal invoice for the price of the deadbolt as advertised on his website. He arrived at the scheduled time, and had the deadbolt installed within minutes. I can't recommend him highly enough, especially compared to every other shady locksmith I've encountered in the city.

Tom is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation (and sometimes without even prompting) to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

Atlantic Locksmith Store was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Manchester, CT are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). He advised me that if he didn't think he could fix it he would refer us to someone else in the area. I found this to be very honest and helpful. Luckily, he was able to help us! He was thorough, professional, and fast and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommended him to anyone in need of a locksmith.

After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Manchester, CT , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Atlantic Locksmith Store. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Manchester, CT that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Atlantic Locksmith Store if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!

Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job all around (considering that my lock had been crazily installed previously, resulting in the lock actually poking out of the door, and actually having broken my key IN the lock) Too bad this is one of those businesses that you'd hope to never use again! (but if I were ever drunkenly locked out I'd definitely call Atlantic Locksmith Store ).

Ok, just adding to the mountain of good reviews here... The lock on the door to my apartment was busted. So I tried to save some pennies by posting an ad on Craig's list a method that has worked really well for me to hire my cleaning lady and various handymen for simple jobs. Anyway, after sorting through like 50 replies to the ad, which quoted me prices varying form $100 to $300, I chose some guy who said that he installs locks in hotels for a living for $100 who of course turned out to not know what he was doing. He did put in a good effort, staying wiht the job for like 5 hours! But the door knob was basically hanging off the door the next day after using it twice. Anyway, a week later after calling a bunch of legit locksmiths who wanted $80 to even look at the lock, and who wouldn't commit to a firm price, I called Atlantic Locksmith Store who fixed the mess that was made for $80 in like a half hour.
