Completely satisfied! Thanks Amber Locksmith Store for serving me at such short notice. I had planned it all – the tenants were evicted, and I’d made an appointment with an eviction locksmith service. The firm didn’t make the appointment and didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know. These guys are great - they're going by Amber Locksmith Store. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.
