Drives up to my place on a well-stocked mobile workshop that had all the tools he needed. I needed a replacement key for the lock, and he managed to find the right key blank and crafted one right in front of my eyes. He also stuck to the quoted price and didn’t charge a penny more. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Locksmith Master Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! This was one of the only sites that quotes prices upfront - check. Dan presented options w/ no pressure - check. He does the job w/ a smile & a sense of humor - check. The service is top notch & that's what what matters the most. I will recommend Locksmith Master Store to anyone and everyone. Dan has a wide range of locks and will explain the differences in price points and features -- it's up to you to pick the one you want. I ended up with the deadbolt for the simple fact that I can take it with me.

I recently contacted Locksmith Master Store about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. OMFG... thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! literally turned what could have been a mini meltdown and a horrible day into sunshine and butterflies. The guy who came to help me out from Locksmith Master Store only left me waiting like 20 minutes even though when I called he was on the UES. He was so nice and popped the door open in a jiffy for a flat rate of... wait for it... 49 bucks. that's kind of amazing. he even fixed my door so that I never automatically get locked out again. Huzzah!!!
