called Baldwin Locksmith Store because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

I contacted Expert Locksmith Services about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. We needed a deadbolt installed from scratch on a hollow metal door and metal frame and after looking around with no luck to have someone install the thing, Dave was all "no problem" and quoted a very fair price, So we go with Expert Locksmith Services. He banged it out in no time at all and was such a sweet guy (and a cutie) that I was a little bummed he was done so quickly. We have a dog who is kind of a pest (read: a really mouthy little pest...lol) and most strangers who come by to do work in our house find him at least mildly annoying (with good reason.) But not Dave. He was absolutely darling to him and took out his phone to show me a pic of his own super adorable furry bundle of joy. Can't recommend Dave highly enough for all your lock needs.
