DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! They are cheaters. I hired this guy Alfred to do remediation in my property in Philadelphia , he kept promising that he'll do a great job and requested to pay in cash. The main condition was to get positive test results once remediation was done to prove that the job was done correctly, so he offered to get final samples himself and ship them to independent laboratory.... I never got these test results, either because he never sent them out or the results came back "bad" and he didn't want admit it.
