I can’t emphasize this enough: never trust an unknown locksmith. Before I found Metro Locksmith Services, I once hired a locksmith to make a copy of the key to the storeroom. Turns out, the locksmith had made another copy and sold it to an interested employee. I discovered this weeks later, when a few files went missing from the storeroom. Always trust a reputed locksmith, especially if you run a business in San Jose, CA to minimize risk. As far as I’m concerned, I don’t care much for swanky adverts by firms making over-the-top claims, for when it comes to fulfilling the promises in the real world, they fall short! Blazingly fast service! I was in desperate need of spare keys having lost my key bunch in transit. I had to leave town on a business trip and I needed those keys to hand out to the caretaker before I left. Thankfully, Metro Locksmith Services heeded my call and arrived onsite within 10 minutes. It took Joe only a short span to create two extra sets of keys. Compare that to the time I would have otherwise spent on looking for a hardware store and waiting an hour for the keys to made, I’d say their time-efficient service has been made for people like me who’re constantly on the move. This is my second time already that I'd left my keys in the apt and the first time I call these guys. They answered the call promptly on a Sunday evening and the locksmith came in about 20 mins, sooner than I expected. He did quick work on my door and after a few jiggle: pop! The door opens. I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Metro Locksmith Services first, in future endeavors!

It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Metro Locksmith Services. Paul is so nice! He saved my ass today. I have no idea how did I lose my car key. Paul returned my call in 10min and showed up in 40min. He said if my key is inside of car. It will be $98 only which surprised me because I have an experience with $200. Unfortunately the key was totally lost. So he provide a new replacement key for $195. And I want a second backup one with Chip for $50. Also I am a member of AAA. So Paul helped me to call AAA for discount.
