I don’t know what to say! I’m writing this review out of sheer gratitude! These guys at City Locksmith Store saved my job! I lost the combination to my office safe and there were important files locked within that I needed to present to my boss by noon. I wanted a lock problem fixed, and a friend's recommendation couldn't come by until a week in the future. City Locksmith Store was able to send John on the very same day - which was fortunate because I made the original problem a lot worse by fiddling with things. John did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. As with all service providers, I hope to never have a problem requiring them to come around again, but I would most certainly call City Locksmith Store should the need arise. Great service from City Locksmith Store. I needed a lock repaired and even though it wasn't urgent they were able to come out the same day. The locksmith was fast, professional, and did the job right. The price seemed fair. I would definitely use City Locksmith Store again!

Last Saturday I had a appointment with City Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. If I could give 10 stars I would! My situation was a sticky one and let's just say that John was incredibly professional, reliable, empathic, and 100% solid! City Locksmith Store was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend City Locksmith Store and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services in Montrose , CA.
