I appreciate how Eric went beyond his call of duty and fixed a minor fault with the door hinge & also offered great security advice. Despite all that, the quote I received when I called their number 330-365-5796 was honored and I wasn’t charged anything extra. Liberty Locksmith Store has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

Jerry of Liberty Locksmith Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! Jerry made adjustments, oiled the mechanism, and it seems as good as new. And the price was pretty reasonable! Good going, Liberty Locksmith Store ! You're on our list of go-to people.
