I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Advantage Locksmith Store. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them. I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Advantage Locksmith Store! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes. Advantage Locksmith Store has redefined the levels of customer service. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Advantage Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Thanks Guys!

I had my house rekeyed by Advantage Locksmith Store - their customer service was great from answering my call to scheduling John to complete the job. He was very knowledgable, reliable and got the job done. They were also able to be at my house within a short period of time when I locked myself out. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. My friends all quickly jumped in with horror stories about how much they had to pay when this happened to them, but after a little yelping, I came upon Advantage Locksmith Store. Kobbi called me back that morning and despite it being the friday before Labor Day, said that he would stop by on his way out of town. While waiting for Jay I'd run into a neighbor who'd told me his sob story about how this had just happened to him and he had to pay something like $120, but even though my door had some crazy security bar on it, Kobbi managed to get it open and for only $50! I'm so grateful - it was quick and painless and I'd recommend them to anyone who finds themselves locked out. Lifesaver.

I chose Advantage Locksmith Store based online reviews. I needed my locks re-keyed on my new house. I called this evening at about 6:00 pm, and by 7:45 the job had been completed. James called back within a few minutes, and Mike came over within about 45 minutes of my call. I had 4 knobs and 3 deadbolts re-keyed, and the total cost was less than I was expecting when I called. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. James was friendly when he called to inquire about my needs, and Mike, who came to my home, was professional and friendly as well. If I were to need their service again, I would definitely give them a call.

The ignition cylinder in my car was broken and wouldn't turn, preventing it from starting. After calling around, Paul by far sounded the most friendly & knowledgable, so I decided to give them try. James came in a short amount of time and was finished working in under an hour. He even had a great sense of humor and had me laughing while he worked.
