Turns out, it’s the best decision I ever made. Jack was a total pro and I even got a nice discount using a coupon from their website. I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called Express Locksmith Store after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes. Sure enough they showed up (okay 45 minutes) and I got in to my place in 10 minutes. Will Definitely recommend Express Locksmith Store.

Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Express Locksmith Store after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Columbus, OH --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.
