Id’ grown not to trust everything said on the web. So, when I read the rave reviews for this website https://www.Akron.Father-Son-Locksmith-Shop.com and the locksmith services they offer, I was skeptical. I needed a deadbolt replacement, and figured there’s only one way to know for certain – try them out. I called Father Son Locksmith Shop, the dispatcher promised to send the team within fifteen minutes. I received a follow-up call stating the team would be five minutes late to the stipulated time. And sure enough, twenty minutes later, John and David were at my doorstep and got the job done quickly. Excellent coordination, friendly technicians, good response and professional demeanor - Father Son Locksmith Shop deserves every bit of the praise it has received and is definitely the best in Akron, OH 44307… Will call again for sure!

Best customer service experience I have had in Akron, OH. There was an error in communication for my appointment but Dave made sure that I still received my lock installation as soon as possible. He also noticed a poor installation of the lock with missing screws by my landlord and made sure to correct the issue and replace the screws. It is comforting to know that you can receive good customer service in this Akron, OH especially when it comes to a situation as important as your safety regarding your locks.

Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call Father Son Locksmith Shop at 330-248-5339 !!!

I live in Akron, OH , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. Polite, professional, courteous, and 10 times a more pleasant experience than visiting my family. If you need a locksmith, call these guys 330-248-5339 !!!!!

This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Father Son Locksmith Shop - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Akron, OH for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people. It's a flat rate, Yader showed up perfectly on time and changing the lock took him 2 seconds. I'd highly highly recommend this service. If anything, it'll give you a little more faith in the world.
