Gave Locksmith Master Store a call because I had a cranky ignition switch in my Prius. The dispatcher had a few questions about the car after which he sent a technician to my place within twenty minutes. David had the replacement with him and was able to apply the fix right in my driveway. Well worth the price! If I have future lock problems in St Louis, there’s no doubt I’ll dial 314-513-0045. Got locked out of my apartment at 6:30 pm and called my usual locksmiths who were dodgy about the price. Saw Online rating for nearby Locksmith Master Store and called.
David quoted me a reasonable standard price and was there promptly. He opened the door in no more than 3 minutes with no damage to the lock, and as a courtesy replaced both my cylinder and previously bent lower lock plate. He even gave me knew knob.
All in less than 15 minutes. Mad skills and unheard of service level. Believe the hype! - Locksmith Company that you can trust!!

I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. They sent Eric, a friendly and extremely talented technician who rekeyed the Schlage lockset in less than 10 minutes. If he can do this, he can do just about anything. Excellent service! Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? He also took time to explain the issue with the lock in the door and emailed me a picture for evidence to show to the landlord. Couldn't have asked for a better locksmith experience. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. LOVE Locksmith Master Store ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off!
Great to work with - we'll definitely be using him for future locksmithing!
