Can’t recommend City Locksmith Store highly enough! We hired them to install new locks in the home we’d just moved into. Danny was experienced, knowledgeable and patient. He took extra time to ensure that we understood all the options available and helped us find the right solution. Once the installation was done, there was also a follow up to make sure that there were no issues. All in all, excellent service. The Leesburg community is lucky to have such talented men! Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job all around (considering that my lock had been crazily installed previously, resulting in the lock actually poking out of the door, and actually having broken my key IN the lock) Too bad this is one of those businesses that you'd hope to never use again! (but if I were ever drunkenly locked out I'd definitely call City Locksmith Store ).

City Locksmith Store was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend City Locksmith Store and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services in Leesburg, VA.

Super fast service (got there in 15 minutes) and the technician from City Locksmith Store could not have been nicer. He was extremely friendly and highly talented. Made having to pay for the stupid mistake of locking my keys in the car seem a little less painful. He didn’t even charge me any convenience fee, or late night charges. Highly recommended! I'm right there with everyone else - City Locksmith Store absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening. Fast, punctual, professional, honest about prices - and on top of all this which I would consider quite enough to earn the 5 stars - he was super nice to my little niece and roommate's dog who were fascinated by what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

City Locksmith Store are amazing!!!!! Locked my keys in my apartment and was afraid I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get inside. Mike called me back so quickly and worked with my busy schedule to get me back into my apartment. Once he arrived he was in my apartment in under 5 minutes and his prices are incredible. Trust me when I say you need to call him if you are ever in a jam!!!!!!

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. City Locksmith Store is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Leesburg, VA company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!
