Other firms in Englewood should learn a thing or two from Galaxy Locksmith Store. These guys are perfectionists! From the timing they maintain to the quality of their work, I could sense perfection in just about everything. For the level of service they offer, I’d say their costs are very reasonable. The best is that their lines are open 24/7 and I could call their number 937-381-8068 any time I needed. Being an entrepreneur, this comes in handy as I could hire them at a time when their work would not interfere in business activities. Do I recommend them? YES!

I literally have nothing bad to say about these Galaxy Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Englewood, OH and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Galaxy Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

What a nice guy. Gorge called me back within about 20 minutes of speaking with the dispatcher. He quickly identified the solution -- one that I could tackle more quickly on my own.
