We had Universal Locksmith Store come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. The reviews are true - Universal Locksmith Store are great! Called yesterday after a bad experience at the hardware store and he arrived today, installed the lock and cleaned up too!
