The best Locksmith service experience I've had in years. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, honest -- really, really good people. The lock on the door at our nursery school broke this afternoon. When I called, Danny was in the neighborhood by great chance and came right over. He had the parts he needed in his truck, and within the hour had fixed our busted door, explaining the repairs and what we need to do to maintain them. Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect. I cannot remember the last time I had service this great. Amber Locksmith Store is the BEST!!!!
