Can you define customer service? Well, Lock Safe Services just redefined it by offering service like never before! I scheduled an appointment at 8 pm. They weren’t late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it. Once done with the job, Joseph suggested that I look up their website https://www.Vienna.Lock-Safe-Services.com and redeem a coupon for an additional discount. Seriously, these guys put customers above making a profit – and there’s no other locksmith in Vienna, VA who would do that! Highly recommend…

Great experience from start to finish. Quick communication over email, arrived on time, great price. Service was completed in under 10 minutes. Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? He also took time to explain the issue with the lock in the door and emailed me a picture for evidence to show to the landlord. Couldn't have asked for a better locksmith experience. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Lock Safe Services to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Lock Safe Services the best in Town. Thanks Guys!
