I needed a deadbolt replacement, and figured there’s only one way to know for certain – try them out. I called City Locksmith Services, the dispatcher promised to send the team within fifteen minutes. I received a follow-up call stating the team would be five minutes late to the stipulated time. And sure enough, twenty minutes later, John and David were at my doorstep and got the job done quickly. Excellent coordination, friendly technicians, good response and professional demeanor - City Locksmith Services deserves every bit of the praise it has received and is definitely the best in Magna, UT 84044… Will call again for sure!

The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called City Locksmith Services to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come ""as soon as possible"" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. About an hour and a half later he called again saying that he had a recommendation for a place closer to me that could come right away if I would like, since it sounded ""urgent"". ok, here it goes: Every other office on the block now had those state-of-the-art digital locks! That is, every other office, except for mine! I finally took the issue up with the rest of the directors and after a heated discussion, we all agreed that a security overhaul was in order. We called a technician from the shop down the block, who came in, changed all the locks, replaced the door hardware, charged us $500 and left. Exactly one week later, the lock he claimed carried ‘3 years warranty’ lay broken in pieces. Thankfully, the intruders hadn’t done away with much of the office’s property. As I was driving back home, I got a call, pulled over to answer it and stepped out to speak. It was then that I realized that I hadn't taken the keys with me and was now locked out of my car. I was in the middle of nowhere and frantically called my boyfriend who handed out a locksmith's number to me. I called 801-658-6917 and told the technician where I was. I called City Locksmith Services based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.
