I suspected someone had tried breaking into my shop the previous night and I couldn’t risk a recurrence. I wanted better, stronger locks. Eric was thorough with his job and after a complete assessment, he gave me a list of options that would work. I got a high-security top grade padlock installed and received a good bargain on it. Thank you so much! Will definitely hire them again! And why not? I believe they’re the best in St Louis, MO 63105!

I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called Capitol Locksmith Service after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes. Sure enough they showed up (okay 45 minutes) and I got in to my place in 10 minutes. Will Definitely recommend.

I was being paranoid perhaps, but when the house next to mine got burgled, I simply needed validation from an expert to know that my house won’t be the next target. After asking around, a colleague shared the link to https://www.StLouis.Capitol-Locksmith-Service.com - a firm that provided free security consultations. I wasn’t going to say no to anything free now, was I? I hired them, and a team from Capitol Locksmith Service arrived quickly. Once they inspected every nook and corner of my property, they gave me a complete insight of where the security of my property stood. The door needed repairs and the lock on the front door was apparently too outdated. I was impressed by how thorough they were with their job and asked them to go ahead with the repairs/installation. The consultation cost me nothing, while the security upgrade work came at a nominal price. I’ve got no reason to complain at all. They’re simply flawless and beyond doubt, the best in St Louis, MO 63105. I’ll definitely hire them again! FIVE STARS!!!

This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Capitol Locksmith Service - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

called Capitol Locksmith Service because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more.
