I forgot the combination to the safe, having changed it the previous day. I’d written it down somewhere but had misplaced the slip of paper. One, I did not have access to the business contracts, money and other documents locked in the safe. Two, there was this ever-present possibility that the parchment with the combination on it had found its way to the wrong hands. Desperate for an immediate resolution, I called various locksmiths but none were available for help at 11pm. A few told me they’d never heard of the same before hanging up the phone. Fortunately, I came across https://www.StLouis.Locksmith-Lock-Store.com. These guys readily agreed to get there. Gary, the technician who arrived, was incredibly talented. He managed to crack the code and open the safe in no time. He then reset the combination to a new one. All this was done in less than an hour. Thank you so much for helping me out during a crisis. Fantastic experience with Locksmith & Lock Store. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!

It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building. Though I'm glad I chose to wear shoes, I had nothing besides (thankfully) my cell phone in tow so the first thing I did was call Locksmith & Lock Store. We had met before and I'd heard great things but he truly is a miracle worker. Despite the short notice and his busy work schedule, he made time for me and showed up thirty minutes later at my door. It took him about 10 seconds to get into my apartment. Aside from my concern over how easy it was for him to break in, I was incredibly grateful. Service with a smile and efficient work. Now, let's just hope he doesn't change careers and go criminal -- that dude has skills when it comes to getting through locked doors!
