Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Miami, FL for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people. It's a flat rate, Yader showed up perfectly on time and changing the lock took him 2 seconds. I'd highly highly recommend this service. If anything, it'll give you a little more faith in the world.

Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Metro Locksmith Services made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have. I live in Miami, FL , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. Best customer service experience I have had in Miami, FL. There was an error in communication for my appointment but Dave made sure that I still received my lock installation as soon as possible. He also noticed a poor installation of the lock with missing screws by my landlord and made sure to correct the issue and replace the screws. It is comforting to know that you can receive good customer service in this Miami, FL especially when it comes to a situation as important as your safety regarding your locks.

Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! I recently contacted Metro Locksmith Services about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time.
