After I dealt with the legal hassle of evicting the tenants from the property, I knew something much worse lay await. Finding a reliable locksmith in Boston, MA was quite a challenge, and though I’d made an appointment a week earlier with a firm I found online, they cancelled on me. Thankfully, I found Master Locksmith Store and these guys made it all so easy on me. Arrived within twenty minutes of calling and rekeyed all the locks within an hour. The bill was surprisingly low and nearly half of what the other locksmith had quoted. Thanks a lot for all the help and the great prices!

I contacted Master Locksmith Store about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me.
I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue!

There was an inspection the next day from the insurance company, and I really needed to ensure all the locks were in perfect condition so that I could avail a discount on the premium. Danny and his team were thorough with their job. As for the inspection? Aced it!

I got a deadbolt installed went with the $189 version, they're very honest describing the differences and which one suits your need. Great service, very personable guy who came and installed the deadbolt; exactly what you want when you have somebody coming to install something in your home. I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Master Locksmith Store and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Master Locksmith Store ! :) :) :)

Paul is so nice! He saved my ass today. I have no idea how did I lose my car key. Paul returned my call in 10min and showed up in 40min. He said if my key is inside of car. It will be $98 only which surprised me because I have an experience with $200. Unfortunately the key was totally lost. So he provide a new replacement key for $195. And I want a second backup one with Chip for $50. Also I am a member of AAA. So Paul helped me to call AAA for discount. Also he said I can keep the test key with me for free which can open the door but not start the engine. I am so grateful for this. Thanks! Master Locksmith Store The Best in Boston, MA

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Master Locksmith Store first, in future endeavors!
