They’re always on time, the technicians are polite, friendly and get the job done in quick time – and the best part is that they’re available 24/7. I usually hire them after 10 pm or 11 pm, because that’s when I get off from work, and I’ve never been levied any extra charges for it. I called Community Locksmith Store and left a message, which was promptly returned by Paul, who was professional, polite and thorough in explaining who was going to be coming to my home. (A solace to a woman). The locksmith arrived on time, and he was exquisitely precise and neat. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He spread paper to catch the drill shavings and cleaned up afterwards. He gave me some safety tips before he left. Come to think of it, I should have married him. I hired a local firm to help with changing the locks of the property before the tenants moved in. I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Community Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.
