How often have you been duped by locksmiths? Perhaps, several times. I, for one, have hired over ten different locksmiths in Brentwood, TN and I’ve never been completely satisfied with any of them. Jack was extremely friendly and courteous and had the door fitted with a new lock. Despite making a house call, there weren't any convenience charges added in the bill and I found the rates to be very reasonable. We got locked out of our house the night before thanksgiving and were waiting outside in the cold freezing rain. The best Locksmith service experience I've had in years. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, honest -- really, really good people. The lock on the door at our nursery school broke this afternoon. When I called, Danny was in the neighborhood by great chance and came right over. He had the parts he needed in his truck, and within the hour had fixed our busted door, explaining the repairs and what we need to do to maintain them. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what?
