Odd as it may seem, I wasn’t even on the lookout for locksmith services when I stumbled across this mobile van from Safe & Key Store. I needed a copy for my transponder car keys and asked if the technician could make it. He offered to make it then and there, within 30 minutes at a price that was less than half of what the dealership would otherwise charge. Amazed, I gave him the go-ahead and he got started. I had asked nearly every hardware and locksmith store in Johnstown, CO 80534 for a copy of the key I had, but no one agreed to take up the job. One store recommended that I call Safe & Key Store for advanced key cutting jobs. I texted the technician a picture of the key and he said it could be done. He arrived at my place, and worked out of his van to make the key in less than 10 minutes. Thank you guys! I have used Safe & Key Store several times and, like their service so much that I created an account just so i could review them. Their prices are very reasonable, and John goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. He is highly skilled and personable, a great combination! I will not use anyone else for my locksmithing needs.

I can't recommend this guy enough. Safe & Key Store The best in Johnstown, CO. Tom is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation (and sometimes without even prompting) to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

Last Saturday I had a appointment with Safe & Key Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful.
