I needed spare keys and I sought out the cheapest option – the local hardware store. They seemed to work fine at first, but 3 months down the line, one of the keys broke in the lock. Just bought a house and needed the locks re-keyed. I called at 5:15 in the evening to Master Lock & Key Store and Mike happened to be in the area so we met at the property at 6.00 PM He was in and out quickly and even gave me some great advice about the type of locks that are on the doors.

Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Denver, CO. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. there's obviously nothing cool about locking yourself out (or "in" in my case) of your apartment, but after hearing so many people sing Dave praises, i was secretly excited to have to call on him to help me out. i was attempting to leave my apartment on saturday morning only to discover that my doorknob wouldn't turn and i was locked inside of my apartment. neat. My wife lost the key and fob to my car. This was the 4th business I called to get a quote to come out and reprogram a key and key fob. Dave came out within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly got to work and asked if I wanted the key fob as well and showed me the same type I had before. The whole service was about half of what the 3 other places quoted me. I hope that I don't need this service again but if I do, this is who I will be using Master Lock & Key Store in Denver, CO if i will need again locksmith service.
