By far the worst company I've ever attempted to do business with. I've had to speak to Cecilia on multiple occasions because she seems to be the only person in the entire company that is able to quote orders. Each time, I am met with unanswered calls, condescending tones, and/or attitude. The last time I spoke to her, I had enough of it. She called to tell me that the artwork we submitted wasn't suitable for a mailer. Instead of explaining to me (or give us a template in the first place) that we needed to add "x" amount of space, horizontally to the card (because that's what the post office requires), she proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't know how to do it (even though I'm the designer and I made the artwork). She then said, "I don't have time for this. Take your business elsewhere" and hung up the phone. Does this sound like the type of business you'd want to give money to? I definitely took my business elsewhere.
