I chose Locksmith Master Shop because of the Online reviews and in a few hours I was all set up with a new deadbolt lock on my door, hassle free. A few things I want to highlight: - Competitive and reasonable prices. - Fast (I called, made an appointment for 2 hours later, he came and did it in 15 minutes) - Great service from start to finish (friendly and accommodating on the phone, explained to me what he was going to do, and swept up all the drill dust on the floor after he finished).

So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call Locksmith Master Shop to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offerred to write the receipt to include the first repair of our dead bolt which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns. FANTASTIC LOCKSMITH SERVICE AND PRICES!!
